We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently across the UAE.

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • We offer Next-Day Delivery across the UAE.

  • Orders placed before [07:00 PM] will be delivered the next business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered within 2 business days.

2. Working Days

  • Deliveries are made 7 days a week, excluding public holidays (if applicable).

  • Orders placed on public holidays may experience slight delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free next-day delivery on all orders

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will contact you before delivery.

  • If you are unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be arranged, 3 attempts maximum.

  • Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

5. Incorrect Information

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

نلتزم بتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وكفاءة في جميع أنحاء الإمارات.

1. وقت التوصيل

  • نقدم خدمة التوصيل في اليوم التالي داخل الإمارات.

  • الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها قبل [07:00 مساءً] سيتم توصيلها في اليوم التالي.

  • الطلبات بعد هذا الوقت يتم توصيلها خلال يومي عمل.

2. أيام العمل

  • التوصيل متاح 7 أيام في الأسبوع، باستثناء العطلات الرسمية (إن وجدت).

  • قد يحدث تأخير بسيط خلال العطلات الرسمية.

3. رسوم الشحن

  • التوصيل مجاني لجميع الطلبات.

4. محاولات التوصيل

  • سيتواصل معك مندوب التوصيل قبل الوصول.

  • في حال عدم الرد، سيتم تحديد موعد توصيل أخر, سيتم المحاولة 3 مرات بحد أقصى.

  • عدم الرد قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الطلب.

  • يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف.

  • لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن معلومات غير دقيقة.
